Lots of rearranging here to make this flow well. New kitchen, and bathroom. A bit of cosmetic surgery. These old homes pose so many challenges that I didn’t even think of. Sloping floors and poor insulation were the least of the issues.
Nonetheless, all done now and tenanted with wonderful clients.
